7 weeks and counting

There are only 7 weeks to go in the NHL regular season.

Because of the "new look NHL" it is really hard to forecast what the final standings will look like. At the beginning of the season I was happy that the Canucks didn't do much as far as trading players because the chemistry that they have as a team would help them succeeed towards the latter end of the season. This, in my opinion, is their time to shine.

The Sedin Twins are happy with their shiny gold medals for winning Men's hockey, but a couple of their Vancouver teammates are nursing a few injuries thanks to the XX'th Winter Olympic Games.
